Many of our customers consider us their adhesives and coatings R&D department. That's because we believe in developing partnering relationships built on direct lines of communication between customers and our chemists.
The process begins by defining the problem or need, the physical properties required and the application substrate. We also work with you to determine acceptable chemistries such as solvent or water-based, and your coating application processes,for example, roller coating, gravure, flexographic and spraying. With this information, we create a targeted formulation that is then supplied to you in sample form. Following your tests and feedback, we make any necessary adjustments and ready the finished products for production.
At any point in the process you have open access to Winfield Brook's key technical people as we work together in the development of your solution.
